The last blog... Hello, this is my last blog. This time, I'm going to talk about my experience writing blogs. I enjoy writing about everything, but for me it's difficult to start. So, when I write a letter, blogs, a summary, or whatever, I spend all the time thinking "What will I write first?". It takes me a long time, but I finish it anyway. However, I enjoyed doing blogs and reading the things that my classmates like. I think that every time I wrote, I learned some words. So, when I was writing about a topic, I searched words that I didn't know their meaning and finally, I learned that words. I don't know that doing blogs it's the best way to learn English, but I believe that it depends on the person. I would like to include more topics related to our career, like experiments, scientific articles or write about Chilean scientists. My favorite movie Hello, I going to talk about my favorite movie. I love all movie of Marvel, but my favorite is C aptain America and The Winter Soldier. I love it, because Captain America and the winter soldier are my favorite characters. The directors are the brothers Russo, Joe and Anthony Russo. They also directing Infinity War movie. The characters are, obviously, Captain America (Steve Rogers), the winter soldier, Natasha Romanoff (Black Widow), Falcon, Sharon Carter, Nick Fury and the best of all, Stan Lee. After being frozen for years,Captain is trying to adapt to this new world. But everything stats when someone attacks a SHIELD agent. With Natasha, they try to discover what is the mystery that the agency hides, which threatens to endanger the world. My favorite subject My favorite subject is laboratory techniques. In this subject, they teach us how to manipulate glass, porcelain or metal materials and in what cases is it used. Also, they teach us the basic rules that we must follow in a chemical laboratory, to work with different reagents and their properties, The main contents we have seen were the different laboratory balances (I like balances), measurement of the volume of a liquid , filtration of solids and liquids, distillation, preparation of solutions, calculate the value of the amount of reagent that we must pour into a solution. and more. The class is in the laboratory, so teachers give us instructions about the experiment that we must do, and then, we do it. I'm forgetful, so I always ask to my lab friend, Andrés for help. Marie Curie Marie Sklodowska was a Polish chemist and physicist. She was born in November 7, 1867. She went to Paris in 1891, to further her studies at the Sorbonne. She graduated from that university in 1893, and received her doctorate ten years later. After her arrival in France, she met the French physicist Pierre Curie, whom he married in 1895. S he was the first person and the first woman to receive two Nobel Prizes in Physics (1903) and Chemistry (1910). Also, she and her husband, Pierre Curie, discovered polonium and radium and investigated the use of radioactivity for medicinal purposes. She died in July 4, 1934. She and Pierre, studied the radioactive materials, particularly the uranium in the form of pitchblende (or uraninite) , which contained traces of some element much more radioactive than uranium. Memorable Holidays Last year, I went with my family to Bariloche, Argentina. For me, it was a very special trip because it was the frist time I left the country. I remember that we were seven people in two cars traveling through Chile , my parents, my brother, my two cousins and their father, and me. It was crazy because we stayed for some days in Lican Ray, then San Martín de Los Andes and finally Bariloche. When we arrived there, we got lost because we had a address of a little house, but we didn’t have internet to find it. We didn’t know where we were! So, my uncle asked to somebody and then, we found the house. It was behind a pizza restaurant. Delicious. I remember that I feel so bad because days before the trip, I got sick to my stomach so the frist days of the trip, I didn’t enjoy anything. But, when we arrived Argentina, I felt better.
